Dimension is decisive for the assembly of a die casting part. After mold testing, we will create a dimension measurement report and send it to customers. In the mass production process, we will also monitor the key sizes of products in real time.

The common dimension check tools are two-dimensional measuring projector, height gauge, caliper, pin gauge, CMM measuring machine etc.

To ensure the mechanical properties of die castings, we will conduct mechanical property test to verify that the performance complies with the designated mechanical property requirements.

Hardness test: when die casting parts are required with hardness requests, hardness testing is carried out.

Tensile test: destructive tests for ultimate tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, and product area shrinkage are provided.
