These products are medical screen brackets and are made of ADC12# material with spray printing surface treatment. There are many assembling positions in these products so we designed testing tools for all assembling sizes. By communicating with customer, understanding the drawings and meeting the assembling requirements from customer in the designing process, we took 100% test of the products to ensure the quality of these components. Our customers were satisfied with the products when they received the finished parts.
