Dongguan KingCasting Hardware is a specialized manufacturer of die cast zinc and aluminum alloy parts. We can perform raw material die casting, grinding, brushing, CNC machining, drilling, tapping, sandblasting, electroplating, as well as a number of other surface treatments. Most of our zinc and aluminum parts are used in computer and TV accessories and components, lighting fixtures, automotive components, heat dissipation parts, and electric tools.

To date, KingCasting has successfully developed and introduced 137 die casting molds for our highly valued customers. Depending on the drawings and specifications provided by customers, we can conduct DFM, mold development, moldflow analysis, product die casting, and post processing for your die cast parts and molds. We are especially experienced in the development of new products thanks to talented engineers and well equipped facilities. Our mold design manager has 15 years of experience in die casting mold design and management. Aiming to please each customer by satisfying all of their needs, we set up individual project folders to make it easy to look up and manage all kinds of documents and technical files.

We have complete independent design capabilities for the fixtures and inspection tools used in the post processing stages.

Our company has 130 staff members for post processing and 5 sets of die-casting machines including 88T, 250T, 300T, 400T, 630T units. Besides, there are 7 sets of grinders, 25 sets of drilling and tapping machines, 3 sets of finish brushing machines, 4 grinding lines for painted parts, and 2 deburring lines.

Our company also possesses 7 sets of CNC machining centers, with maximum processing size of 600/300mm and highest machining accuracy of 0.03mm, which can satisfy the fine machining requirements of most products. Equipped with a 4th axis rotary table, they can finish processing products with multiple sides that need to be machined at one time, so as to eliminate the potential positioning errors caused by multiple clamping steps during processing.

We have outstanding quality inspection equipment used to test products according to size, color, hardness, strength, and surface treatment reliability. KingCasting is dedicated to providing customers with the best quality aluminum and zinc die castings.
